We care deeply for our clients and want to provide everyone with exceptional service. To help with that we have a cancellation policy as follows: 

Kindly provide us with a 24-hour cancellation notice for your appointment. Rescheduling of appointments is subject to availability. Cancellations or rescheduling require 24-hour notice for any appointment or service. Any cancellations or rescheduling requests made without 24-hour notice will incur a $50 fee to reschedule.

Your time is just as valuable to us as our own, ad we understand there are always emergency situations that have to be taken into account, which is why we appreciate your communication with us.
